4/22: Live Music with 39West

39West is a Portland-based soulful RnB duo with a jazzy twist featuring vocalist Sage Rose and guitarist Nathan Gittleman. The two blend intimate, heartfelt vocal performances with sophisticated jazzy improvisation creating a sound that is both nostalgic and modern. Often described as "Solange meets Robert Glasper". Sage and Nathan started this project in 2020 and named it after the place where they first met. The couple took their mutual love for Jazz and modern Neo-Soul, and wrote their debut single, “Worlds Apart”. They’ve now performed on a number of stages. Late-night lounges and festivals stages alike!
